Service Description

We handle a wide range of tasks including general repairs, handyman services, light plumbing or electrical fixes, painting & drywall patching, door and fixture repairs. Service includes on-site assessment and completion of minor repairs, up to 1 hour of service by a skilled technician, and recommendations or estimates for larger repairs if needed. Material and supplies not included.


Cancellation Policy

MB Improv LLC Maintenance & Repair Services Thank you for choosing MB Improv LLC for your maintenance and repair needs. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following online booking policy: 1. Booking Confirmation All service requests made through our online booking system are considered confirmed by our team at the time of booking. If immediate service is needed, please contact us directly at 614-15-0514. 2. Service Availability Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. 3. Minimum Service Fee A minimum service call fee of $90 applies to all appointments. This fee covers technician travel, inspection, and basic troubleshooting. The fee will be credited toward your final invoice if additional services are performed during the visit. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee of $90 and will not be refunded. To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at 614-615-0514. 5. Access Requirements It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the technician has safe and timely access to the service location. If entry is not possible at the scheduled time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and charges will apply. 6. Estimates and Pricing Basic estimates may be provided during booking; however, final pricing will be confirmed onsite after the technician evaluates the scope of work. For larger projects, written estimates may be issued and must be approved prior to service. 7. Payment Terms Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. 8. Warranty and Follow-Up All work is covered by a 7-day warranty, unless otherwise specified. If you experience issues after a service visit, contact us within 7 days for a free follow-up assessment. 9. Health & Safety Our team adheres to safety and cleanliness protocols. Please notify us in advance if there are any hazardous conditions or health-related precautions we should be aware of.
